William Trask

About

An Alberta native, William graduated from the University of Calgary with his Bachelor’s of Science in Honors Neuroscience in 2016, and subsequently completed his MD training at same institution in 2019.

He is passionate about education, and has a long history in various teaching endeavors, including collaborations to enrich ophthalmology curriculum at the medical school level. His research interests are diverse and varied, with ongoing projects in the realm of oculoplastics, retina, cornea, and glaucoma.

Outside of the ophthalmology clinic, he enjoys hiking, fly fishing, and sailing.
